25-year-old Egyptian forward Omar Marmoush has been named the Bundesliga Player of the Week by Kicker, marking his fifth appearance in the league’s weekly best XI.

Marmoush delivered a stellar performance in Eintracht Frankfurt’s 7-2 victory over Bochum, playing 70 minutes, scoring one goal, and providing two assists. His contributions helped Frankfurt leapfrog defending champions Bayer Leverkusen into third place in the Bundesliga standings.
The forward’s goal in the match was his 10th of the season, making him the first Frankfurt player to reach this milestone in the opening nine games of a Bundesliga campaign.
