Real Madrid’s Kylian Mbappé is not affected by the rape allegations and will return to La Liga this week.
Coach Carlo Ancelotti stated that Mbappé is “not affected at all.” Also, he believes linking the player to the case is “totally false.”
On Monday, a Swedish media outlet reported that the star was accused of rape that happened in Stockholm. This is the place that Mbappé had just missed a French national team match to vacation.
Mbappé has stated on social media that this is completely fake news and hinted that Paris Saint-Germain might be involved ahead of a hearing.
On Friday, before Real Madrid’s match against Celta Vigo, Ancelotti said that “Mbappé has made the most of this break to improve his condition,”.
“The days off were programmed for him, and after that, everyone chooses what they want to do. I don’t mind where the players want to rest. ” he added.
